Dr. Frieda Fontaine’s expert review for this recipe :
This recipe offers a great way to incorporate spinach into your toddler’s diet. Spinach is a highly nutritious vegetable. It contains nutrients that enhance eye health such as beta-carotene, lutein, and vitamin E. Including spinach in your toddler’s diet while they are very young can help keep their vision clear and bright as they grow older.
If you have picky eaters, I recommend first introducing them to baby spinach whose leaves are tender, taste less bitter and have an overall more delicate flavor than regular spinach. Additionally, baby spinach comes conveniently cleaned and packaged in bags and doesn’t require chopping. This will save time for busy moms.
Moreover, adding cheese and milk to the recipe supplies the much-needed calcium for healthy bones and teeth and adding corn provides a valuable source of vitamin A, folate, and potassium.
I hope you like this recipe. Please do try and let me know how your toddler liked it. Also write to info.mommyme@gmail.com should you have any questions. Alternatively, you can leave them in the comments too.
Thanks for sharing this recipe. Love it.
